General Description
Holiday island is famous for its white sandy beaches and the
beautiful lagoon around it. Although amongst the finest resorts
in Maldives, this is not a resort for those searching for that
quiet, natural Maldivian style (the vast, almost sterile
reception building will tell you this straightaway), but for
action, fun, facilities and excellent service this resort is
hard to beat. This is equally true to its sister resort fun
island and to a lesser extent, Paradise Island - A Happening

Accommodation
There are 142 beach front guest rooms in total. All rooms in
this resort are the same and individual except for the eighteen
put together in pairs, with an adjoining door, for families.
They are each spacious, well maintained. Top quality fixtures
and fittings (from Singapore) are used through out. One door
from the room opens to the beach and the other opens onto the
winding path that runs all the way around the island Inside this
paved path are carefully tended shrubs, flowers, palms and other
fruiting trees and everyday a group women are brought from the
neighboring MAAMIGILI to sweep the earth a pristine white. |

The Hotel takes pleasure to offer a bottle of Champagne & fruit

Dining
There is a choice of restaurants offering western and
oriental cuisine with rich and delicious buffets and set menu
meals. In addition the coffee shop and bar serve a variety of a
larcarte meals and drinks round the clock.
In addition to the above depending on the choice of clientele,
open air barbecue or a Maldivian Night is a common thing. |

Scuba Diving
A full fledge diving school is in operation in Holiday
Island. Courses are offered at all levels for beginners and
professionals alike. |
